Its going to be a busy day!
It has been a rough week. The power was out for days. All of your food went bad in the fridge. You stink because you didn’t have hot water. And the stress has really put you over the edge…
Well Attleboro Farmers Market has the CURE!!! Come on down on Saturday at 9:30 and 11:30 and join our friend Shelly in the Balfour park for yoga and meditation. Sooth your soul and put hurricane Irene behind you!
After some nice cleansing breaths and having found yourself centered once again.. visit The Copper Turtle and pick up a bar or two of her hand-made soaps. Perfect for a rejuvenating shower. Stop by Natures Intention for some delightfully scented candles to light around the tub.. Wash away the cares of the week.
We all had trouble eating well this week too. Really?? How many takeout boxes are in your recycling bin this week? Do your body a favor and stock up on fresh veggies and fruits from our farmers. The best of the best is being offered right now. Beets, tomatoes and corn, squash, cukes and more! Pick up some grass-fed beef from Dufort Farm and perhaps some seafood from Fresh Catch. We also have eggs this week too!.. Your body will thank you.
We look forward to seeing you this week. Stay tuned! We have some really great events planned for the fall! Sept 10 Personal Chef Lester Esser will be at the market for a cooking Demo and market tour. Sept 17 “The Iron Chef” competition and our friend Brian Malfi will be back with Hub Grinding! (Bring those dullknives and scissors! Please Stay tuned!!!
p.s… thank YOU for voting Attleboro Farmers Market #1 in the State!! What an HONOR!!!!!
