Fruit Parfait
Two cups of one or more fruits of your
choice (blueberries, peaches, strawberries,
melons, or other fruits)
Half a cup of any flavor yogurt (nonfat)
Half cup of healthy cereal
Divide fruit into bowls. Top with yogurt and cereal.
Berry-licious Smoothie
1½ cups blueberries
1½ cups strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup crushed ice
Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
