We think we figured out how to keep the rain from falling on the Market. Not sure if we can control the UV rays of the Sun.
Hey folks, a cast of many dedicated volunteers spend a lot of time each and every week to bring a high quality Farmers Market to Attleboro. Take a moment and vote for Attleboro Farmers Market as one of America’s Favorite Farmers Market! We are currently Massachusetts Favorite by a 3 to 1 margin. Help us move up the National Ranking and Show the rest of the country how great we are here in Massachusetts. If you haven’t voted, then VOTE NOW! You can only vote once.
Limited edition Attleboro Farmers Market drinking jugs are available this week. Different shapes and sizes for your drinking pleasure! Swing on by the management tent and check them out! A portion of all sales will benefit the local food Pantry that we host each week! Get ’em while they last.
New vendor and special muffins
Garden Farms is the newest vendor, look for their jellies and relishes.
Be Sweet Bakery will have blueberry muffins, chocolate chip muffins, and a carrot cake muffin this Saturday. Their double chocolate caramel cookie will be making an appearance along with a dark chocolate cranberry cookie. Yum!
Again this year we, along with New England Tire, will be hosting the American Red Cross Blood Mobile on Saturday, September 15th. Bleeding will commence at 7 am and the ARC will take appointments up to noon time. More information to come.
This weeks’ food drive will benefit Attleboro Areas Council of Churches
We ask that you bring healthy non-perishable and not out-of -date food products. Food items such as soups, peanut butter, canned fruits and vegetables, pastas, sauces, canned meats and toiletries such as tooth paste, toilet paper, facial tissues, shampoo and soap are welcome. Cash or check donations will also be accepted. When you make a donation you will be entered in a drawing to win a Kindle. A drawing will be held at the end of the season. For more information contact Virginia Flynn, AFM Pantry Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
