Seafood cooking demonstration by Eating with the Ecosystem, food demo with free samples promoting New England’s wild seafood.

Lots of choices on Food Truck Row. Come early to get some bread from Marathon Bread, a small batch artisan baker. Jaju Pierogi is bringing loaded baked potato pierogi this week! Stuffed with potato, bacon, cheddar, sour cream and chives.

The YMCA is back with HIIT class at 11:30, free and open to all levels.
